These verses have helped my prayers for evangelism. If you have not memorized them, why not try one per week?
- Psalm 126:5-6 Those who sow in tears shall reap with joyful shouting. He who goes to and fro weeping, carrying his bag of seed, Shall indeed come again with a shout of joy, bringing his sheaves with him.
- Proverbs 11:30 The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life, And he who is wise wins souls.
- Ezekiel 3:18 “When I say to the wicked, ‘You will surely die,’ and you do not warn him or speak out to warn the wicked from his wicked way that he may live, that wicked man shall die in his iniquity, but his blood I will require at your hand.
- Ezekiel 22:30 “I searched for a man among them who would build up the wall and stand in the gap before Me for the land, so that I would not destroy it; but I found no one.
- Daniel 12:3 “Those who have insight will shine brightly like the brightness of the expanse of heaven, and those who lead the many to righteousness, like the stars forever and ever.
Thank you for pointing these out dear. I know the verses but seldom think on them. I’m trying to be more evangelistic I but doubt in my ability, fear even, that I will mess up. My age/ tiredness really work on me these days. Prayers would be appreciated. I really like my neighbors and fear for their souls that are unsaved.
